The minutes of the previous AGM (11/2/2019) were signed by Chris, as a true record.
Matters Arising
None.
Chairman’s Report
Chris Rispin read out his report at the meeting and a copy is attached. The report will be printed in full in the March issue of the Hawkesbury Parish News. He concluded by saying that this was the last year that he would stand for Chairman as he would be stepping down from the role at the 2021 AGM
Treasurer’s Report
Bill presented his report at the meeting and a is copy attached. Main points to note were that most of the income was grants for the playground; lettings were down on previous year; fundraising was down on last year; the second bank account has been closed so there is only one bank account for all monies and the ongoing concern that money raised during the year does not allow for any contingency.
Matters arising
None – Bill was thanked for his work over the past year
Election of Officers (Phil reminded the committee that the 7 Elected Trustees - Jane Stanbridge, Martin Horner, Phil Dennett, Chris Rispin, Fiona Steeds, Bill Cullen and Jackie Sandy – did not have to stand for re-election, and just continued in their positions until they wished to retire from the post)

All office-holders agreed to continue with their roles for another year, except Rebecca Clark, who resigned as the Play park/skate park trustee and Steve MacGrath has agreed to stand.
