2. Adoption of previous Meeting Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were signed as a true record.
3 Matters Arising from previous Meeting Minutes
Toilet refurb
Mick engaged Steve Pritchard to complete the ceilings. He has done the Artex in the Ladies and Gents and partly done the disabled, should be complete this week. Steve Watts still to mastic the fan outlets and fit the disabled alarm.
CRB checks
CE still waiting for certificate in post.
FAP
Sign has been erected next to play area but needs further support. John Otley to provide some cable ties to Neil Fozard.
Kitchen re-vamp

Check list
Chris Rispin has sent out a check list and comments have been made, Chris to update and re-isssue. Add reminder to switch off Dishwasher, Chris Edwards will create this part.
Also add in comment that there is a sign in the table store to assist in how tables are to be stored. Bar checklist completed.
Show committee Items
Some items still need removing, Mick to see Pete Webb.
Foyer revamp
A Kitchen door and 3 others have been trimmed to fit.
Angelo to attempt to remove some sharp edges on a few tiles that are causing a problem (one youngster has cut his toe).
Eyelets in Hall

Village Hall Website
Many people have seen it and positive comments so far, need more content and ideas and forward to AS.
4. Treasurers Report
This was distributed at the meeting and no comments made. Mick however
suggested a session near Christmas where we hire out our tables, chairs,
crockery etc and sell off our stock at cost price.
Mick also suggested that whoever puts up the ceiling fabric for a function ought to be paid, 2 persons £5 each for putting up and taking dowm.
5. Emergency Lighting/Fire Bells/Extinguishers
All OK and battery replacement ongoing
6. Playground Check
One swing seat is broken so we need to order two more. – Chris Edwards to
place an order with Wicksteads.
The tiles are again getting slippery, Chris to contact Wicksteads to see if they
have any ideas on what our best option is.
7. Correspondence
Community Composting Newsletter handed out by Pat Sherry .
8. AOB
Chris Rispin had a request from the Safer Stronger Community group, they
would like to have a display/table explaining what they are about at one of our
fundraisers. Suggestion was to hold a breakfast in January where they could
attend.
