Apologies were received from Neil Fozard, Sue Hope, Diane Musty (who also is stepping down), Vicky Rispin, Kath Harkness, and Angela Walker.
Previous Minutes
The minutes of the previous AGM were amended and agreed.

7. Election of Officers
Vice-chair - Chris Rispin was proposed by Angelo Sauro, seconded by Mick Bendeaux
Treasurer - Mick Bendeaux was proposed by Sue Herod, seconded by Chris Edwards
Secretary - Sara White was proposed by Chris Rispin, seconded by Peter Webb.
All present agreed.
