Meeting Notes Tuesday 14th October 2008

October Event Day discussed briefly and agreed that the day was very successful.
All comments from the survey forms noted for any future events we may hold.
AS to ask the Hall if they would like to setup an Energy account as we have some money raised from the Event day that could kickoff the account. Also if the Hall wanted to deduct the 5 hours rental for the day from this money then this would be fine.
It was agreed that the school project needs to have an energy survey similar to the one done for the hall. AS to check with Café to see if this can be done through them.
For the Hall project RP suggested we follow the Environment Forum Document to firstly try and get a project development grant. RP will follow up with SWEA and provide a link to the document.
JR agreed to look at the Hall and its Insulation, walls and ceiling and work out the
areas that need to be insulated, the costs and the potential cost savings, as this did not appear in the Encraft report
Also need to clarify with SGC where the Hall building line is in case we decide on a Biomass system that would require a new boiler house, SH to check.
Suggestion was made that if we stick to Tuesday meetings then to start at 7pm unless it's the 1st Tuesday in the month.
